Phase Separation

The oil sludge treatment equipment uses chemicals to wash the oil sludge with heat at a temperature of 60-70 C degrees. After washing the sludge it is pumped to the solids control equipment to separate it into oil, water and solids. The recycled water can be reused in the washing process, and the oil is clean enough to be sold to the refinery company, the solids contain oil between 2% -5% that can be sent to biodegradation or the thermal unit for its final elimination.

Liquid Treatment

We have technology for the treatment of Industrial In Situ effluents that allow us to safely dispose of the effluents generated in our operations. Our treatment modules manage to process residual effluents and obtain quality water in condition for irrigation according to international legal standards. Our treatment modules are suitable for various industrial effluent streams and can be temporarily or permanently mounted in discharge effluent stream lines. Our technology is certified and is available on self-transporting units or skid-type units.

Cutting Treatment

Drilling cuttings management system is used for taking drilling fluids from the drilling cuttings and clean the fluids for resuse. It is to maximize the recycling of drilling fluids, and minimize the drilling waste in order to save cost for operators.

– For oil based drilling cuttings, normally it can reduce the oil on the cuttings to 3% to 5%.
– For water based drilling cuttings, normally it can reduce the moisture content for easy transportation. – Recycling drilling fluids for reuse to save cost .
– Reduce the drilling waste quantity to save money on the disposal or further treatment.


We have advanced equipment and technology to develop aquifer monitoring wells, water extraction wells, geotechnics, shallow producing wells and exploratory wells up to a depth of 1500 mbbp in diameters of up to 500 mm. Our technology has an ODEX system of simultaneous casing, down-the-hole drilling, compressed air (Q 16-96.4 m³ / min) and / or water-based drilling mud (Q max. 1500 L / min). With our technology we can carry out exploratory wells with obtaining core samples for stratigraphic analysis and achieve adequate advance rates that reduce drilling times and improve project costs.

Flowback Treatment

Improving the use of water responds to the need of oil and gas companies to make this process more ecological and profitable. We install treatment systems at active fracking sites. The system captures return water from oil and gas wells, separating the solids, treating the water, and then mixing it with fresh water for use in the next round of fracking.


We have technology for the treatment of decontamination of soils and liquids, based on the use of the Biodegrading capacity of microoranisms to eliminate pollutants through their transformation into harmless products or their total mineralization to C02 and H2O.
